Your job

Are to take up and prepare the financing request, to present the financing to our partners as well as the intensive liaison to and support of the client in this matter. For this you will take over responsibility for the client action, directly from our acquisition team, for self dependent further handling. You will service the client relationship up to the completion of the deal with one of our numerous product partners. For your duties, an experienced back office team will provide the necessary support.

You are

A banker, or have a comparable mercantile background. You have knowledge of commercial property financing and are experienced in this or a comparable segment of the market. You enjoy communication with clients, investors and our partners. Experience in sales in a mercantile setting is an advantage.

Your salaryconsists of

- a basic salary based on your qualification

- attractive shares in royalties, without offset or capping

- a company vehicle

- Receiving a share in the profit of DIMA through royalties
