The company has been managed by Mr. Dipl.-Ing. (engineer, DK) Asger Nielsen and Mr. Dipl.- Kfm. (business graduate) Dietrich Luckey. Mr. Karsten Kluge has been our office manager since 1994.

Dipl.-Ing. (DK) Asger Nielsen

Born on July 18th 1957 in Hadsund, Denmark. Studied engineering at the Technical University of Denmark and has been living in Berlin since 1988. He has been working for DIMA GmbH ever since. As Manager since 1991. He is married with two children. He has a 43,13 % stake in DIMA. Mr. Nielsen is an enthusiastic Swing dancer in his free time.

Dipl.-Kfm. (graduate in business management, Berlin School of Economics) Dietrich Luckey

Born on December 9th 1959 in Hamburg. Studied Business Administration, with an emphasis on financing and investment, at the Berlin School of Economics. Has been living in Berlin since 1986 and has been working for DIMA ever since. As manger since 2008. He has a 43,13 % stake in the DIMA. Mr. Luckey, hailing from a Hanseatic town, has always enjoyed sailing and has been an enthusiastic folkboat sailor and regatta participant for many years.

Karsten Kluge

Born on August 20th 1967 in Berlin. He has been working for DIMA GmbH since 1994 an has a stake in DIMA since 2000. He is a member of the executive board of a Berlin football club and coaches youth football.
