DIMA GmbH was founded in Berlin in 1985 for the distribution of financial services with all the tax advantages of West Berlin. In 1990, the company shares were bought by dedicated employees. Following this, the department for private client services was spun off and sold. From then on, DIMA has been focusing on property financing. With few exceptions, our employees are salaried. They are working on the financing processes from Berlin in several small teams. DIMA currently has 18 employees as well as 3 commercial agents.
