We select the appropriate financing partners for you and negotiate loan agreements with outstanding conditions. In addition to bank financing, we also place loans with pension funds as well as life and health insurance companies.

Consulting

We consult you in optimising your financial structure, the use of existing securities and bid invitations for large-volume loans.

Brokerage

We also procure real property, preferably within our own extensive customer base.

Due Diligence

We support our clients throughout the whole property purchase process – from performing the commercial validation to the actual purchase transaction – also in compulsory auctions.
